From a Dutch manufacturer specializing in high-quality sustainable fabrics, this is an exquisite, finely embroidered Tencel with a textural design. The base fabric is a featherweight 100% Tencel with a satin finish and slight crinkle texture, reminiscent of vintage bridal or special occasion fabric. The embroidery has a matte finish, providing beautiful contrast to the sheen beneath it. It is semi-sheer with very pretty scalloped edges on both ends (3.25" scallop repeat). The embroidered design has a vertical repeat of about 12.75". The color is an antique white with beautiful pearly white highlights when it catches the light. It is Oeko-Tex certified for non-toxic chemicals and dyes. This fabric is just phenomenal and yardage is limited. Make a breathtaking special-occasion dress, bridal dress and veil, sheer over shirt, lined skirt, dress, etc. Hand wash cool and lay flat or hang to dry, or dry clean. Do not bleach and iron on low.
